By purchasing, downloading or using the Jyotisha Android app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Subject to your one-time payment through Google Play, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on devices signed into your own Google account, for as long as the App remains available on Google Play. This licence is for personal use only and may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.
The App is sold as a one-time paid download at the price shown on its Google Play listing. All payments are processed by Google Play under Google's own billing terms; we do not directly collect or store your payment details.
Refund requests are handled through Google Play's standard refund policy: Google offers a self-service refund within a short window of purchase (currently up to a few hours), and you may request a refund from Google directly beyond that window. If Google is unable to assist, you may contact us at the email below and we will review the request in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
Birth details and charts you enter are stored only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The App, including its design, calculation engine, rule content, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your licence to use the App does not transfer any ownership rights.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Astrological calculations, while computed with care using the Swiss Ephemeris, may not reflect every regional or lineage-specific convention.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including decisions made based on its content.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
